1What documents are needed to rent a car?
Citizen Card and Driving License + Permanent Certificate (in the case of business customers).
2Do I have to leave a deposit at the time of rental?
No. Go Drive does not require any deposit from its customers.
3I am an emigrant and would like to pick up and return my vehicle at the airport, do I have any extra costs for this?
No. Go Drive facilitates the rental process by making deliveries and returns at the airport without any additional costs associated.
4Can I collect the vehicle at a collection location and deliver it to a different location?
GO DRIVE allows its customers to deliver and collect vehicles in different locations, thus increasing mobility and customer satisfaction.
5Can the vehicle I rented be driven by someone other than me?
In any reservation, only the contract holder can drive the vehicle. However, if you wish for another person to drive the same vehicle, you must request the inclusion of an additional driver when collecting the vehicle, requiring their presence and presentation of their identification documents and driving license. This service may have an additional cost per day.
6If the vehicle has a breakdown, what should I do?
In the event of a breakdown*, or similar problem, you can call your GO DRIVE sales representative (opening hours) or 24-hour Roadside Assistance (see telephone number on the insurance certificate that accompanies the vehicle's document bag).
